Holly Harper, PhD, is the School Counseling Program Coordinator. She received her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from Ohio University in 2006. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (PC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). She has worked as a school counselor and has experience practicing in medical residency programs, community mental health centers, and crisis intervention. Her areas of research interests include motivation, professional identity, eating disorders, and school counselor accountability. She is published in the Journal of Contemporary Psychotherapy in the area of integrated health care. Dr. Harper has presented at the national and state levels. She currently serves as President of the Ohio Association for Counselor Education and Supervision (OACES).
